**Responsibilities**:
**The Opportunity**

As a Telematics Analyst at MBS, your role will involve data management on the MyGeoTab platform and the delivery of reports to various service recipient departments. This position reports to the LD&T Planner (LATAM Telematics Supervisor).

Another key aspect of this role is providing excellent customer service to ensure a comprehensive understanding of requests, effective communication, and high customer satisfaction.

**Your Impact**

As LD&T Resource your functions would consist of:

- Manual update of general data in the MyGeotab platform.
- Generate measurement indicators required by the business, following defined processes.
- Prepare Analysis Reports of fleet behavior, following defined processes.
- Data update to support management on the geolocation platform.
- Validate the operation of GPS devices and their accessories.
- Creation and tracking of requests and incidents reported by customers.
- Provide customer service (advisory, execution, and support).

Qualifications:
**Who Are We Looking For?**
- Technical knowledge in business administration/computer science, or Industrial Engineering (Technical Degree or bachelor’s degree).
- At least 1 year of experience in Geolocation platforms, customer service or transportation.
- Experience in incident registration platforms (tickets), creation and documentation of requests, monitoring and closing them.
- Analytical abilities for data validation and interpretation.
- Basic / Intermediate use of Power Bi
