**BSP Controller LATAM**:
Our team in **LATAM** currently has an opening for a **BSP Controller LATAM**
**YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Manage financial planning and budgeting for the Specialities - Latin America business incl. forecasts, target/ actual analysis in coherence with global policies
- Assist and advise the Director of Controlling regarding investment decisions & budget.
- Monitor commercial performance & provide action-oriented reports (incl. facilitation of BI solutions)
- Identify and analyze risks as well as plan deviations, and facilitate counter measure generation and tracking of actions
- Prepare, evaluate & challenge investments regarding ROIs and prepare business cases
- Manage interface towards regional SSC
**YOUR PROFILE**:
- Two years of experience with FP&A in a multi country environment.
- Experience in the Chemical Distribution industry is a plus.
- Accounting, Business Administration or related Economic field degree
- Bilingual English - Spanish
**Nice to have skills**:
- Power BI
- Hyperion Financial Management.
