**General Purpose**

Assists in the CAD drafting and design preparation of schematic layouts, shop drawings and

design documents.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Draft schematic layouts and design details for customer projects
- Design and modification of CAD Details for existing and new products
- Create shop drawings and technical details as requested by leadership team
- Read and interpret customer-provided drawing sets
- Communicate with sales teams for information availability, technical support and quoting effectiveness
- Provide customer service with end-users and resellers regarding building specifications, product details, technical concerns, and ordering procedures
- Communicate with leadership team tracking of information
- Effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects & tasks in a timely manner

**SKILLS**
- Architectural Design Capabilities & Understanding
- Proficient with AutoCAD 2D, 3D modeling
- Effective Written & Oral Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Bi-Lingual In English and Spanish - _Required_

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor Degree (Focus: Architecture Design) _Preferred but not required_
- 1-3 Years of Architectural Design Applications
- Proficient in Unit of Measurements & Data Analytics
- Proficient in CAD Design Software
