**Company Description**

The RTF Maintenance Head is responsible for the comprehensive management of critical production systems and equipment. Their duties range from coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance programs to the direct supervision of systems such as purified water, clean steam, and compressed air, all under strict quality and EHS standards. They must lead a maintenance team, ensure compliance with safety regulations, implement continuous improvement and waste reduction strategies, and guarantee the reliability and operational efficiency of the equipment. This role requires constant communication with upper management, proactive problem-solving, and a strong commitment to operational excellence in a highly precise and regulated environment such as the pharmaceutical industry.
**Qualifications**

- Bachelor’s degree completed (Master’s degree desirable).
- 3 to 6 years of experience at a supervisory level.
- Strong experience in PLC.
- Experience working with NOM-059-SSA, ISO 13485, ISO 9001, ISO 15378, and ISPE standards in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Oversee corrective and preventive maintenance of critical systems (purified water, clean steam, clean and filtered compressed air, HVAC), process equipment, and facilities, maintaining up-to-date documentation.
- Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
- Advanced English level
