Division Overview

Hubbell Construction & Energy (HCE) focuses on products to support four business segments: Connectors, Grounding & Tooling, Gas Connectors & Accessories, Harsh & Hazardous, and Distribution. With markets in renewable energy, lighting, transportation, data center, telecom, utility, extreme environment, gas and water distribution, power generation and oil & gas, we guarantee that our products set the standards for industry solutions. - Quality Engineer- Support manufacturing processes, train quality inspectors, coordinate inspection activities, follow up on the ISO internal audit program to sustain the Quality Management System- **Responsibilities**:
- Evaluate Inspection Systems- Evaluation of customer complaints and respond corrective actions- Analysis and problem-solving abilities in manufacturing- Establish controls to improve product quality- Issue Quality Process Control Plans- Provide internal advice to the Quality Management System (QMS) with incidents, fixes and improvements- Lead work teams for problem solving- In charge of Quality Receiving Inspection- Coordinate the internal audits of the Quality Management System- Skills and Experience- Drawings interpretation- Metrology- Good team player- Control plans and sampling methods- ISO 9001:2015 knowledge- Statistical Process Control knowledge but not mandatory- English 70%- Education- Bachelors Degree en Engineering General- Competencies- Empowers Others- Professional Maturity- Establishes Priorities- Customer Focus- Integrity and Ethics- Results Driven/Initiative- Strategic Thinking- Communications- Builds Talent- Team Leadership- Functional Excellence- Business Knowledge
