Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or in the last year of the university (Quality, Industrial, Materials).
- Import - Export Experience
- C-TPAT / OEA Knowledge
- Experience dealing with brokers/ trasport companies
- Computer skills: MS Office, Quality Software, ERP System(PLEX is a plus).

Position Purpose
The analyst is responsible for the activties needed to import Materials, Tools and Equipment and assure on time delivery
- This person is responsible for the correct analysis of the Bill of Material to ensure the material list to request to Vista is the right part number and the correct quantity.
- This person is responsible to work with Vista shipping personel to coordinate shipments to Dart Chihuahua.
- Is responsible to coordinate with American Industries Customs personnel the shipment from ELP Whs to Chihuahua
- Is responsible to coordinate with the Carrier the transportation of the shipments from ELP to Chihuahua
- Is responsible to create requisitiones in the Oracle system when required
- Is responsible to work with the MRP and detect any material shortage and work with the Buyer to assure on time delivery of the parts
- Is responsible to maintain updated the Finish Goods, Raw Material and Bill of Material Catalogs for American Industries
He/She will adhere to the company's Mission, Vision, and Values.
**Responsibilities**:
1) All import actvities needed to have materias, tools and equipment on time in the Plant
2) Analyze Bill of Material List and perform all necesary ERP setups following corresponding work instructions.
3) Work with US Broker to obtain all needed HTS codes.
4) Update and Maintain AI raw material, finish goods and Bill of Material Catalogs.
5) When needed issue Oracle requisitions
6) Follow up with Vista on delivery dates for requested material.
8) Coordinate with Vista Shipping personnel the shipping of the material.
9) Coordinate with American Industries Customs personnel shipment from ELP to Dart Chihuahua.
10) Coordinate with Carrier transportation from ELP to Dart Chihuahua
11) Generate all necessary import documentation and when needed export documentation.
12) Work with the MRP and detect material shortages ahead of time to assure not impact to the production line
13) Work with the buyer for the on time delivery of the material to the Plant.
