Sr. Maintenance Technician - MX

The Maintenance Technician ensures that the production machinery and equipment are always operating optimally.
**Essential Functions**
- Prevent, repair and fix plant machinery and equipment failures.
- Be knowledgeable and involved with the utility, injection, blow molding, filling, labeling and palletizing areas.
- Develop operational and equipment failure analysis skills.
- Generate root cause analysis to identify potential and recurring problems in machinery and equipment.
- Innovate equipment maintenance processes.
- Maintain and care for the product quality process.
- Communicate any problems, deviations and/or abnormalities with equipment.
- Implement high safety standards and Good Manufacturing Practices within the plant.
- Ensure that food safety practices and any applicable SQF System requirements are maintained.
- Communicate any deviations, problems and/or abnormalities with equipment, processes and products.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum Qualifications:

- 4 Years - Experience in Field or similar maintenance environment
- 4 Years - Experience in Position
- 4 Years - Experience managing people/projects
