FLSmidth is looking for a Logistics Analyst (Procurement Shared Services Team)

Location: Monterrey

2-3 years of experience required in Logistics USA/Canada or Interational Shipments.

Your responsibilities:

- Manages both Freight & Export in a small to medium sized project
- Coordinates deliveries with the customer and customs agents
- Keeps contact with internal technical departments and suppliers to ensure delivery of required technical documentation for import and operation of the equipment
- Obtains necessary information on import documentation and arrange the necessary import certificates as and when required according to country legislation
- Builds up and keeps contact with necessary customs and certification agents
- Promotes a culture of personal and team safety, including others who may be affected by the company’s operational activities

What you bring:

- At least 2+ years of Job experience.
- Experience working with retailers and direct suppliers is helpful..
- Ability to analyze sales trends, pricing, and margins.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and have a firm understanding of ERP (Oracle is helpful).
