**THE OPPORTUNITY**:

- The Junior Business Analyst works with the business and/or more senior members of chapter to identify the challenges and opportunities for digital solutions to make an impact
- Possesses basic knowledge of given area, and you serve as a liaison between the business and testers and developers during successful solution development
- Help internal clients to clarify and complete requirements in order to grasp their broader context and ensure consistency within the requirements.
- Transform requirements into the form of specification that serves as a foundation for work of developers, QA and other involved teams.
- Understands Takeda’s SDLC and collaborate with various stakeholders during the entire journey (discovery, requirements gathering, prioritization, development, support, roll-out)

**ACCOUNTABILITIES**:

- Process and decompose internal customer requirements into specifications and smaller blocks like user stories
- Gather and incorporate suggestions from stakeholders into analytical outputs
- Maintain and manage changes in documentation and outputs for assigned parts of software
- Create and update analytical outputs like software specifications and their components
- Deliver tasks on time and in the adequate quality
- Use and follow set standards and processes
- Communicate changes, problems, and ambiguities in a timely manner
- Works with teams and/or more senior members of chapter in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures.

**REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in relevant field, or other relevant work experience.
- 0-1 years of experience in a business area or similar
- Experience within a Lean/Agile development environment is welcome.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Aware of relevant domains/products/journeys
- Confident and skilled at identifying and navigating through roadblocks
