**Minimum qualifications**:
- 3 years of experience in either technical recruiting or technical sourcing.
- Experience with client management.
- Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
**Preferred qualifications**:
- Experience solving problems and delivering significant impact as a contributor.
- Ability to take initiative, use consultative skills, and build productive relationships.
- Excellent accountability, work ethic, integrity, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to grasp new technologies.
