**Production Supervisor**

**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise, train, and motivate production employees on the assigned shift.
- Maintain production floor discipline and uphold 5S standards.
- Monitor daily workflow to ensure production goals and schedules are met.
- Prepare and manage shift work schedules to maximize operational efficiency.
- Oversee proper product identification, weighing, and warehousing procedures.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production or equipment issues promptly.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team for timely repairs and maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards.
- Review and complete production documentation accurately and on time.
- Perform additional related duties as assigned.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Solid understanding of production operations, processes, and machinery.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to prioritize and delegate tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

**Education and Experience**
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum **3 years of supervisory experience** in a manufacturing or similar industrial environment.
- Prior experience in electronics or assembly production is a plus.

**Physical Requirements**
- Must be able to move around the production facility as needed.
