**Our client is an esteemed personal injury law firm headquartered in Los Angeles and known for helping clients in a wide range of injury cases. With over 100 years of collective experience litigating cases throughout California. We are currently seeking a smart and determined Bilingual Case Manager assistant to join our growing team. **Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.**
- Review and analyze details of how the incident occurred
- Review documents received from the investigator and enter data into ACT
- Process a minimum of 125 cases out of intake to case management
- Running various reports on a daily basis, each with a specific purpose but mainly to ensure each case in treating is being worked on efficiently and effectively
- Running monthly numbers for some departments
- Reviewing and keeping track of case files during the treatment stage
- Advising case managers on following up with a case, and tasking them when necessary
- Closing out inactive cases
- Reviewing property damage sufficiency to see if cases can be worked up
- Reviewing insurance carrier liability decisions to see if cases can be worked up
- Reviewing ambulance and hospital bills to see if the case can support additional work up

- Good organizational skills
- Ability to have a good rapport with all departments
- Critical thinking
- Critical reasoning
- Good judgment
- Ability to work independently without supervision for long hours
- Proficiency with excel/google sheets
- Good computer skills
- Ability to work with a high volume of data
- Ability to concentrate on repetitive tasks

**Education and/or Experience**:
Bachelor's Degree from a 4 year university
**Computer Skills**:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Internet software; Spreadsheet
software and Word Processing software.
