**Your Role**:

- Responsible for performing Change Leader and Change Implementation Leader roles for Supplier changes.
- Create detailed change requests for internal documentation.
- Document the Change request in GES, web tracker tool and/or other databases (Census/Ariba) with any updates or change in evaluation activities.
- Communicate the status of changes to the people that are affected by the change as required.
- Approve Supplier CRs in the active database after the assessment activities are completed.
- Create and maintain detailed implementation plans.
- Document on the Change Notice (GES), tracker and/or other databases (Census, Ariba) any update/change in the implementation activities.
- Document the actual effective date in the Change Notice (CN).
- Close CNs in the active databases after the implementation activities are completed.
- Prioritize changes and assist them as needed.
- Participate in the development of new databases/ tools as needed.
- Co-operate with other AS&UX teams as needed.
- Accomplish tasks in accordance to AS&UX and quality standards and schedules.
- Continuously develop professional qualifications.

**Your Required Background**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Administration
- Bilingual at least 90%
- General supply chain knowledge
- Demonstrated proficiency using Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Project, Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.)
- Organized, analytical
