**The Impact You’ll Make in this Role**

As a(n) LATAM Medical Education Manager, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

- Lead, develop and coach team with a focus on teamwork, collaboration, and consistency; determine team priorities, timelines, and assignments to best support business needs
- Guiding team in setting strategic direction and oversight of design/execution of medical education programs supporting Solventum solutions
- Leveraging resources and knowledge of pre-clinical, clinical, and economic data, techniques, and healthcare dynamics in assigned regions/therapeutic areas; maintain current understanding of general trends in medicine and peer-to-peer education
- Developing metrics and driving continuous process improvement for ongoing enhancement of program formats, agendas, and logistics using meaningful measures of success to drive decisions.
- Using advanced problem-solving skills with ability to develop solutions for multi-faceted, interrelated, and complicated problems requiring strong analytical skills and ability to assess core issue(s), analyze data and identify appropriate solutions

**Your Skills and Expertise**

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
- Five (5) years of experience in peer-to-peer medical education, with significant in-house (non-agency) experience in a private, public, government or military or at least 7 years in a Medical Communications agency environment
- Advanced written and oral communication skills in English and Spanish

AND

In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:

- Experience managing a team and working in a matrix organization with diversified cultures
- Strong understanding of HCC and regulatory guidelines related to medical education, with a strong knowledge of guidelines around HCP interactions and navigating any at-risk scenarios to minimize risk to the company

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

- Advanced degree in business, science, or healthcare field
- Familiarity with wound care space
- Project Management Certification
