**DeEscrituraion**

A quality engineer is responsible for making sure that engineering and manufacturing processes are performed correctly using the right tools, materials and processes, audit and monitor that the processes, systems, procedures and work instructions are executed as intended to ensure the manufacturing of a product that meets all customer specifications as well as verification that employees are trained to the right quality standard

If anything goes wrong, it's the quality engineer's job to meticulously document the problem and work with other engineers to find a solution.

**Responsibilities - Functions**
- Understand business terms and model, focusing into the Customer Quality Requirements and Expectations and co-participate with the CFT and other departments in driving Customer's actions to improve business relationships and proper follow up and Compliance of business agreements.
- Lead and drive the accomplishment and enforcing the procedures and requirements applicable that are established by the Authority and Management
- Lead and coordinate all related quality activities for the successful completion and execution of management deliverables for the customer and the organization as per schedule.
- Define, develop, and drive implementation of action plans to accommodate new dates/actions/metrics to bring projects back to control having the responsibility and authority to suggest measures it considers necessary to improve the quality, safety and effectiveness of the project
- Lead and coordinate the properly use according to their nature and the foreseeable risks, machines, equipment, tools, chemicals, transport equipment and / or any other means to develop their job.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelors Degree (Industrial/ Electrical/Mechanical, related Engineering)
- Advanced English
- 5+ years of experience
- Experience on Final assembly (test/ integration) processes
- PCBA / SMT experience/ NPI process (is a plus)
- Customer communication/Interaction
- Use of analysis techniques (8D, 5WHYS, CPK, CP, Gauge R&R)
- Proactive/ Team work oriented
