**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Assist in the preparation of the monthly reporting package for distribution of Executive Management team.
- Work closely with members of Finance department to monitor financial performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of material variance relative to fiscal budget and prior year results.
- Supports the Finance department in validation of financial data used in monthly fluctuation analysis to ensure compliance of internal controls.
- Proactive in automating templates and models used in financial analysis and reporting.
- Work on ad-hoc analysis and special projects as needed.
**QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field.
- 2-3 years of financial analytical experience with strong knowledge of financial modeling.
- General knowledge of US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) preferred.
- Must be proficient in Excel and PowerPoint. Experience working with data visual tools (Power BI/Tableau) and databases (Access) are a plus.
- Strong research, analytical and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with all levels of management (internal and external).
- Professional presence that is flexible, teamwork and detail oriented.
