**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Manage export and virtual operations and ensure compliance to all laws and regulations.
- Responsible for the communication of information regarding the resolution of customer issues dealing with transportation pickups, claims, and the incorrect receiving of assets at a processing plant.
- Communicate shipping information to sales customer. Communicate with carriers. Assist in shipping requests by processing shipping report in order to set up and contact carriers for pickup.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Typically requires 1 year of work experience, preferably in an administrative/office setting
- Bachelor’s degree completed
- Experience with export operations and virtual operations
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills; must be fluent in English & Spanish
- Demonstrated experience and proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Experience with Oracle and Aranxel is a plus
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with little or no guidance.

**Work Arrangement**:

- Hybrid: 3 days in office/2 days work from home
