Job Summary Execute the processes and procedures necessary for day to day operations within Global Procurement as assigned by the Global Responsibilities/Description: - Knowledge of Procurement - Basic procurement experience including ERP systems such as SAP and Procurement solutions such as Ariba or Zycus - Business related experience in sourcing, supply chain, suppliers, etc. - Procurement best practice - Understand Government and Procurement Process (i.e. SOX Compliance, Global Authorization Policy, audit requirements..) - Familiar with IFF Code of Conduct - Project Management - Basic Project Management Skill - Strong analytical and systems/process skills - Supplier relations management - Basic contact with supplier - Leadership - Ability to work in teams and diverse groups of people and roles. - Ability to translate the instruction to action and make prioritization. - Shows initiative beyond the scope of a project/task. - Coach & Mentoring - Translates feedback into improvements. - Ability to engage and understand feedback through asking questions. - Helps others and provides feedback to peers.
