Drive community growth by getting to know the brand’s community to understand topics/areas of opportunity.
- Must know the US Hispanic culture in depth in order to be able to understand the social variables of the socio-cultural context.
- Compile data from social platforms (Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, etc.) of the various brand channels and campaigns with thoughtful insights and meticulous data.
- Engage users on brand channels: Respond to comments, answer direct messages, management of questions to ensure 1:1 relationships with the audience.
- Manage social listening tools and - but not limited to
- data and analytics purposes.
- Gather insights for the foundational layer of our Content Strategy.
- Maintain a close relationship with the community manager in order to optimize results and use those to influence next month’s content.
- Creative copywriting capabilities: write captions & taglines if necessary.
- Create compelling, relevant, and timely content that resonates and informs by understanding conversations through deep web listening.
- Create content proposals for clients: Full-stack. Create the deck, the references and caption options. Present to clients once finalized.
- Create content calendars: Manage client feedback after the calendar is revised.
- Take ownership of the brand: Spark raw conversations, proactively engage with followers, and leverage UGC.
- Execute engagement activities to increase brand advocacy outside of our brand awareness including influencers through social listening.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute with ideas to develop content based on insights.
- Participate in weekly meetings with clients when necessary.
- Keep abreast of trends on social media and the digital marketing landscape.
- 3+ years of experience in content creation and community management.
- A strong grasp of Social Trends and Pop Culture is a must.
- Knowledge of social media analytics platforms.
- Senior and independent attitude - work with low supervision.
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented.
- Solution-Oriented.
- Ability to work well under high pressure.
- Adaptability.
- Spanish / English proficiency is required.
