**Location**: Playa del Carmen
**Schedule**: Full-time, Monday-Saturday 10:30 AM - 7:15 PM

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and coordinate the daily schedule of 10+ technicians and clients.
- Resolve real-time issues calmly and efficiently (client complaints, last-minute changes, etc.).
- Support both front desk and back-of-house logistics with clear communication and initiative.
- Maintain luxury-level customer service at all times.
- Oversee daily operations and help implement salon protocols consistently.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **2 years living in Playa del Carmen**:

- **Advanced English** (spoken and written); other languages are a plus.
- **Work permit in Mexico** (mandatory).
- Minimum **2 years of experience in luxury service or hospitality**.
- Proven ability to multitask and stay organized in high-demand environments.
- Professional appearance and excellent communication skills.
- Experience managing teams or coordinating staff is a strong plus.
