Our long-term vision is be the most inclusive digital bank in LATAM with more than 2.5 million clients. **About your role** As a Risk Analyst, your mission is to identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks that could impact our company. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial health of our organization by developing risk management strategies and policies, analyzing macro economic data, and studying user payment habits to recommend credit policies and detect early signs of portfolio deterioration. **Outcomes** - Develop and evolve credit policies and risk protocols. - Conduct detailed risk assessments and present findings. - Monitor and analyze macro economic trends to identify potential risks to our portfolio. - Implement early warnings of portfolio deterioration. - Assess potential regulatory and compliance risk. **Day to day** - Conduct regular risk assessments and audits. - Analyze both transactional and macro economic data to identify potential risks. - Develop risk management strategies and policies. - Prepare and present risk reports. **Requirements**: **What you bring to the team** - Academic degree(s) in Risk Management,Finance, Economics, or Actuary. - Proven experience as a Risk Analyst or similar role. - Strong knowledge of risk assessment methodologies. - Excellent analytical skills and critical thinking. - Proficiency in spreadsheet manipulation - Intermediate level coding skills for analytical purposes such as Python/R **Nice to have**: - Experience to use SQL - Experience in the fintech industry. **Your skills** - _Clear and transparent communication._ You are able to able to express your thoughts clearly, concisely and to the point.
