BILINGUAL ENGLISH / SPANISH, REQUIRED. ACTIVITIES**:TAKE INBOUND CALLS FROM OUR CUSTOMERS RELATED TO DIFFERENT CUSTOMER SERVICE SITUATIONS.**
- TAKE PAYMENTS AND KNOW HOW TO GUIDE CUSTOMERS TO MAKE PAYMENTS ON THEIR OWN.
- KNOW HOW TO READ LOAN BALANCES AND MAKE PAYMENT ADJUSTMENTS
- COMMITMENT TO FIRST CALL RESOLUTION, WITH A SENSE OF URGENCY AND MAXIMUM PROFESSIONALISM.
MINIMIZING THE TRANSFERRING OF PHONE CALLS FROM ONE DEPARTMENT TO ANOTHER.
- ENSURES DELIVERY OF EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE THROUGH FAST AND ACCURATE PROCESSING OF CALLS, COMMUNICATION, AND COORDINATING WITH OTHER DEPARTMENTS TO RESOLVE INQUIRIES.
- ANSWER INSURANCE-RELATED QUESTIONS INCLUDING CLAIMS STATUS, AND BASIC CLAIMS INFORMATION.
SHIFT:
- TRAINING SCHEDULE (2 WEEKS): MONDAY TO FRIDAY 9.00 TO 18:00
- MONDAY, FRIDAY AND SATURDAY 9:00 TO 19:00 AND TUESDAYS AND THURSDAYS 9:00 TO 18:00 | (SUNDAY + 1 WEEK DAY OFF) IT CHANGES DEPENDING US (DALLAS) TIME ZONE.
- 2 BREAKS OF 15 MINUTES AND LUNCH TIME 1 HOUR
SALARY AND BENEFITS:
- $16,500 MONTHLY BASE SALARY
- $542.77 DAILY BASE SALARY
- $3,799.39 WEEKLY BASE SALARY (3,200 NET WEEKLY)
BONUS: UP TO 4,500 MONTHLY (BASED ON METRICS/OBJECTIVES) + TRICOLOR BENEFIT PACKAGE (2% SAVINGS FUND, 1,400 FOOD STAMPS, 20-DAY CHRISTMAS BONUS)
