Proces Engineer

Essential duties and responsibilities
- Keep in control the process and establishes machinery production settings (speeds, temperature, tonnage of press, steam, trimming shape, etc.) to produce parts that meet customer specifications.
- Inspects and analyze machines and equipment to ensure specific operational performance and optimum utilization.
- Develop and keep updated the working standard instructions and working practices.
- Resolves operational, manufacturing, and maintenance problems to ensure minimum costs and prevent operational delays.
- Develop and keep updated the procedures related to the responsibility area
- Establish and improve the process for the model change over
- Work with and coordinate different kind of suppliers and contractors.
- Keep in control the PFMEA, with actions to decrease the quality risks, and ensure that match and cover all the design requirements.
- Support program launch activities to ensure new products deliver on time and on budget.
- Identify/standardize work procedures and prepare work schedules.
- Ensure compliance with all related IATF 16949 and ISO-14001 policies and procedures.
- Travel is required, by car or air, to visit customers, suppliers or other facilities. International travel required.
- Position frequently requires more than 40 hours per week, and attend in special shifts

Your qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- Minimum of 5 years related engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Skilled in all Microsoft Office products
