Responsible for the planning and purchasing of direct and/or indirect material to support customer needs/ production schedule. This position will manage select suppliers to ensure on time delivery at competitive pricing while managing inventory levels to prevent shortages and maximize turns.

Planning & Fulfillment Manager
**Your responsibilities**:
- Place purchase orders with suppliers for the procurement of production material as required by forecast and the production schedule.
- Monitor status of open purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery of all materials, including timely resolution, communication, and mitigation of future potential supply issues.
- Expedite or defer orders as required based on schedule/inventory discrepancies and/or adjustments.
- Determine and establish optimal inventory levels based on forecast, demand variation and material lead times.
- Coordinate material flows throughout product/BOM changes, obsolescence, and introduction of new suppliers and/or materials due to new product development or launches.
- Provide help & support to internal materials areas such as Receiving, Warehouse & Inventory Management to ensure proper transactions are done in the system.
- Ensures compliance to company guidelines, purchasing policies and procedures.
**Your background**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience with Materials, Planning, Purchasing, Inventory management etc.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel, Outlook) and purchasing software.
- ERP and APICS knowledge.
- Advanced English level.
