**CellMark** is an independent marketing and supply chain services company providing products, services and solutions to customers and suppliers all over the world. As such, **ESG** **(Environment, Social and Governance)** are strategic areas throughout CellMark´s business.

We are looking for a new teammate, with a background in ESG. The **ESG Associate** will also report indirectly to the VP of ESG & Compliance.

**Requirements:
- Valid American Visa
- Complete vaccination schedule
- Fluent in English (it will be several English interviews in the process)
- Willing to make business trips.

**Knowledge Required**:

- You have a Master’s Degree and at least 2-3 years of experience in the field of ESG, within an international organization.
- Experience in answering ESG questionnaires/assessments
- Having worked in an international company is a plus.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a truly dynamic and international environment. You will deal with many of today´s most important business challenges and support the Paper Division of CellMark in achieving its business objectives in a responsible manner.

**Scope of the role**:

- **
Environment**: Sustainability strategy, climate change and GHG emissions, use of natural resources (incl. water), energy efficiency, waste management, pollution.
- ** Social**: Human Rights, working conditions, diversity & inclusion, impact on local communities.
- ** Governance**: Business ethics and transparency.

Within this scope, you will serve as the **Ambassador for ESG & Compliance** and be the main contact person for all ESG matters in the Paper Division of CellMark. You will support the Division with, inter alia:

- the different requests from business partners and third parties in the field of ESG (such as questionnaires or assessments).
- monitoring of the Division´s ESG performance.
- the assessment of GHG emissions.
- ESG awareness, training, communication.
- ESG risk assessment and management.
- More generally, any other task leading to the continuous improvement of the ESG strategy and programs.
