**Highlights**: - Base Pay Range: $18K - $24K- Equity compensation- Revenue share compensation **About this role**: We're in search of a Data Migration Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll take charge of moving our clients' data from their old platforms to ours, a task that involves coordination, accuracy checks, scheduling, and execution. It's a complex but crucial job that ensures our clients' smooth transition to our services. **Key Responsibilities**: - Lead the end-to-end process of data migration, from initial planning to the final push of the "red button." - Work closely with clients and our team, including CRM and payment system reps, to gather and verify all necessary data files. - Determine the best times for migration, setting schedules that work for all parties involved. - Ensure clear, ongoing communication with everyone involved to keep the process transparent and address any concerns. - Handle software related to data migration confidently, even if you're not coming from a programming background. **Skills and Qualifications**: - Strong command of English, both written and spoken, as you'll be dealing extensively with clients and our internal team. - Solid technical skills, especially with standard software packages used in data migration. - Experience in managing complex projects, keeping track of all the moving parts without dropping the ball. - A sharp eye for detail, crucial in catching and avoiding errors in the data migration process. - High energy and a proactive approach are key; you'll need to be on the ball and ready to tackle challenges head-on. - Organizational prowess, essential for juggling the multiple aspects of data migration projects. **What We Offer** Our compensation package includes comprehensive benefits and perks, meaningful equity, and a competitive salary: - Home Office Setup Assistance: office chair, office desk, monitor. - English learning courses (50% reimbursement, up to $1,000 annually). - Relevant professional education (50% reimbursement, up to $1,500 annually). - Gym or swimming pool (50% reimbursement, up to $500 annually). - Coworking (up to $250 monthly).
