**WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE**

The Shift and PM Support Maint FLM is responsible for performing engineering and project management support functions for power plant operations, maintenance, and implementation of plant changes and modifications.

**WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED**
- Leading all Maintenance on site with compliance to site safety requirements
- Key responsible for Machinery safety (supporting site competent person) on the site.
- Responsible for complete factory maintenance, breakdowns and MTBF & MTTR KPIs
- Lead the Digital and Automation agenda for the site.

- WCM
- Key Support for: Innovation projects, All cost & Energy projects

**EXPERIENCES & QUALIFICATIONS**
- Expert Knowledge in Excel
- Mechatronics Engineer with working knowledge of electrical and Automation systems (Drives, Motors etc) and expertise in Electromechanical and mechanical systems (robotics, servo motors, pumps, packaging equipment etc
- Knowledge in AI and machine learning
- Design and analysis of parts, machines, systems using: 3D modelling software, AutoCAD, FEA (finite element analysis methods) & Theoretical data for machine & system design
- Expertise in mechanical equipment and electromechanical equipment and related component
