The Pre BO contains the “Anexo B” and “Anexo SSPA” which indicates the requirements and documentation to be provided to PEMEX in order to avoid penalties and for the invoicing process/obtaining COPADES as well: End user approval of certificates of acceptance (AOC), documentary evidences of Anexo SSPA, obtaining proof of deliveries and shipping/bill of lading for service parts and overhaul, supporting for obtaining COPADEs and submitting invoices to “Ventanilla Unica” of PBVC (Revenue recognition of STS and STICO as well) and supporting to Logistics for the punctual delivery of service parts, InSight enablement hardware and overhaul shipments coming from USA.

Principal Accountabilities

This position will support to the FM, in order to obtain the approval of the different end users related to this BO in regards of the mentioned documents. Also, this position will be very supportive for the revenue recognition and to obtain the necessary registers and evidences to fulfill the external/internal audits. In addition, this position could provide assistance to the commissioning department of PBVC and to the facility staff as well.

**Qualifications**:

- Engineering (industrial, electrical, IT, etc.) / Business Administration
- Available to travel, to work OT when needed
- Beginner level of proficiency operating computers
- Driver license
- Basic English proficiency

Desirable Qualifications
- Ability to cross reference material to documentation for verification
- Material handling equipment experience
- Prior warehouse experience
- Safety Training
