**Requisitos**:

- Licenciatura en Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería Mecánica, Logística, Administración de Empresas o un campo relacionado (preferido).
- De 2 a 6 años de experiência en supervisión de almacenes y gestión de equipos.
- Dominio de sistemas ERP (SAP, Oracle, Epicor) y Microsoft Office.
- Inglés Avanzado.
- Experiência en el manejo de personal sindicalizado.
- Sólida comprensión de la logística, los procesos de la cadena de suministro y el control de documentación, Kanban, Just In Time, FIFO
- Deseable conocimiento del cumplimiento del Anexo 24,
- Procedimientos de carga/descarga, operaciones de montacargas y seguridad industrial.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Supervisar la recepción, el almacenamiento, la selección y el envío de materiales.
- Supervisar las transacciones y la documentación del sistema ERP (SAP, Oracle, Epicor).
- Gestionar inventarios (recuentos cíclicos, ajustes, FIFO, control de mermas).
- Coordinar y capacitar al personal del almacén (20-50 empleados).
- Asegure la rotación adecuada del producto y controle las fechas de vencimiento.
- Mantener la limpieza, el orden y la seguridad dentro del almacén.
- Optimice el diseño del almacén y los procesos internos.
- Colaborar con los departamentos clave (producción, compras, ventas, logística).
- Gestiona la nómina, los turnos y la asistencia del equipo del almacén.
- Supervise y controle los indicadores clave de rendimiento (KPI).
- Coordinar las entregas y recogidas con los proveedores de transporte.
- Participar en auditorías internas y aplicar herramientas de mejora continua (TPM, Lean, 5S).

Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo

Sueldo: $30,000.00 - $36,000.00 al mes
