**Responsibilities**:

- Calculate & Review monthly calculations of VAT **(ICE)**:

- Supervise and follow up of E2E process of VAT and Excise Tax monthly determination
- current & FCST **(ICE)**:

- Attention of VAT Tax Authorities requirements **(ICE)**:

- Attention of internal information requirements related with VAT **(ICE)**:

- Preparation and presentation of the FCST and VAT AOP
- Participate in the OCF committee session
- Explain variations betwen FCST´s, Actuals Amounts & YTD **(ICE)**
- Preparation and certification of internal control models (SOX) **(ICE)**
- Analyze behavior to avoid important impacts and to provide accurate information for decision making
- Identify and implement VAT automation processes
- Preparation of dictamen fiscal **(ICE)**:

- Diferred income tax calculation on MEXGAAP & USGAAP basis **(DICE)**:

- General knowledge of Mexican IncomeTax Law and non deductible expenses implications affecting VAT **(ICE)**:

- Supervise and deliver reports regarding Electronic Accounting process **(ICE)**:

- Supervise and review intercompany transactions related with VAT transactions according with transfer pricing rules across all legal entities to deliver Transfer Pricing Studies**(ICE)**

Qualifications:
**Qualifications**:

- Accounting Degree
- Diploma in Taxes
- 4-5 years experience in tax and accounting
- Intermidiate English
- SAP, Office, mainly excel, HFM, Tax Authorities web page and related VAT software
