Artificial intelligence, Business Intelligence, RPA, LowCode and Process Mining is rapidly growing in the overall industry. The Business Analyst - Digital Automation will analyze and optimize process flows and identify automation potentials and their associated value. As the first point of contact for process owners the business analyst is a guide, a translator, and a project manager to turn an idea into a solid concept. During the development the business analyst also supports both the developer and the process owner to allow a smooth realization. To help digitize Vitesco Technologies, the business analyst will work closely with the solution architect, the process owner, and the developer.

**Tasks and Responsibilities**

Analysis and optimization of process flows and identification of automation potentials and evaluation of the associated added value

Coordination of automation projects from idea generation to maintenance

Technology selection for the process to be improved

Preparation of presentations and workshops

Preparation of detailed process documentation in close cooperation with the process owners

Analysis of business challenges and development of conceptual solutions

May include occasional travel and meetings with process owners

**Job Requirements**

Academic degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics or similar

Experience in operations optimization, process analysis, process modeling or process automation

Experience with software development lifecycle, as well as agile and/or waterfall project management methodology(s)

Ability to work in worldwide distributed teams and to collaborate across regions and departments

Open minded for new concepts and emerging technologies

Fluent English, spoken and written.

Previous experience in Mendix, UiPath, PowerBi and cloud technologies appreciated
