MRO Buyer

**Responsibilities**:

- Generate requisitions and purchase orders in the system
- Obtain necessary authorizations and approvals as per the procedures, in order to be able to make purchases
- Monitor inventories
- Follow up on MRO purchase orders as needed
- Maintain good relations with suppliers
- Maintain good relations with internal clients by providing them with good service
- Assess provider performance periodically
- Make comparisons in order to recommend providers which are the best option, thus benefiting the company
- Maintain the cost-quality relation, pursuing the maximum savings for the company
- Generate continuous improvement projects for processes related to purchases

Qualifications for buyer
- A minimum of two years of experience in purchase of Factory MRO & other Indirect materials
- A Bachelors degree prreferably in business, engineering, or supply chain
- MSOffice tools abilities
- Good communication abilities
- Service attitude
- Generate monitoring reports on expenses per department
- Monitor consumption
- Negotiation abilities
- Strong organizational skill
- Good research skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related field
- MRP/Inventory knowledge
