Your role at Clorox:
Collaborate with a dynamic team and grow your career as a Trade Marketing Coordinator We're looking for a passionate individual to support the development and execution of brand strategies across Modern Trade and E-commerce. You'll play a vital role in driving sales, distribution, and market share growth, working closely with our team to achieve ambitious goals.

In this role, you will:
- Streamline trade promotion execution and meticulously track related spending to improve ROI.- Design and implement a comprehensive tracking system to monitor the performance of promotional agreements throughout their lifecycle, from initial execution to final results.- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to manage promotional activities and new product development (NPD) projects, ensuring seamless progression through the process.- Provide insightful analysis of trade spending performance, overseeing and managing budgets on a monthly, seasonal, and annual basis.-
- Conduct rigorous ROI analysis for promotional activities, broken down by trade channel, region, customer, store, and SKU, to optimize promotional effectiveness.

What we look for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Sales or a related field or equivalent working experience- + 4 years of experience in trade marketing, sales, revenue planning or commercial area in CPG companies and preferably with experience in Home Care and Cleaning categories- In-depth understanding of Modern Trade Channel (Walmart, Soriana, Chedraui, COSTCO)- Ability to work effectively in teams and with cross functional partners- Results-driven, strong commercial attitude- Effective planning, organization, and time management skills to meet deadlines- Decisive decision-making and recommendations- Proactive, dynamic, and action-oriented- Initiative to propose improvements and solve problems- Analytical mindset- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Kantar
