**Job Objective**:
Perform Project Management, 2020-25 Organizational Plan, continuous improvement and innovation activities of the institution according to the established deadlines, agreed qualities, controlled risks and within the assigned budgets to satisfy the strategic needs of the business.
- **Main responsibilities**
- Perform the organization's project management through effective planning, facilitation and monitoring of them to comply with the company's Project Plan.
- Perform the established communication plan for the assigned projects and maintain visibility all business impacts for all cost or loss avoidances purposes.
- Prepare, submit and present progress reports of the analyzed projects, within the established deadlines.
- Facilitate decision-making in project management through support in the administration of KAIZEN projects (customer satisfaction, efficiency and effectiveness in productivity, elimination of waste, additional income...) to ensure compliance with the improvement actions.
- Support the implementation of process performance management tools and the continuous improvement of projects.
- Provide training to teams in continuous improvement to increase performance indicators of projects and processes.
- **Academic requirements**:
Bachelor´s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related with Project Management technical knowledge
- **Required Experience and knowledge**

- +1 Year experience in Project Management
- Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen methodology knowledge
