** Project Coordinator for SAP - DXC Technology - on site in Querétaro**

**As a Project Coordinator for SAP, you will** play a crucial role in supporting the successful execution of SAP projects within the organization. You will work closely with the Project Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure that project activities are well-coordinated, timelines are met, and project documentation is accurate and up to date. Your organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to facilitate communication will be essential in driving the project's progress.

**What You Will Do**
- ** Project Planning Support**: Assist the Project Manager in developing detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation. Collaborate with team members to gather project requirements and define deliverables.
- ** Task Tracking and Coordination**: Monitor and track project tasks and milestones, ensuring that they are completed on time and within scope. Communicate with team members to follow up on the status of assigned tasks.
- ** Documentation Management**: Maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, project schedules, change requests, and risk logs. Ensure that all project documentation is organized and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
- ** Communication Facilitation**: Facilitate communication between project team members, stakeholders, and vendors. Schedule and coordinate project meetings, workshops, and status update sessions.
- ** Issue and Risk Management**: Assist in identifying and documenting project risks and issues. Escalate critical concerns to the Project Manager and work on resolutions with the team.
- ** Change Control**: Support the change management process by tracking and documenting changes to project scope, requirements, and timelines.
- ** Quality Assurance**: Ensure that project deliverables meet the defined quality standards. Participate in reviews and inspections to verify compliance with requirements.
- ** Vendor Coordination**: Collaborate with external vendors or consultants, assisting in the coordination of their activities and ensuring alignment with project objectives.
- ** Training and User Support**: Work with the Project Manager to plan and coordinate training activities for end-users. Provide user support during the implementation and post-implementation phases.
- ** Reporting**: Prepare regular project status reports and updates for the Project Manager and stakeholders. Contribute to project status meetings and presentations.

**Who You Are / Basic Requirements**
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar role in SAP projects.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in managing project documentation.
- Problem-solving abilities to address challenges and contribute to solutions.
- Advanced understanding of SAP ERP and its modules.
- ** Advanced English.**
