**Job Description**:
Propósito particular:

- Coordinar, supervisar, controlar y asegurar las actividades de recepción, despacho, almacenamiento y distribución de materias primas, productos terminados, empaques, suministros diversos para los clientes externos e internos de la compañía.
- Supervisar los despachos de productos para clientes externos locales y/o a nível nacional, gestionando la contratación del transporte para cada caso.
- Emitir y remitir en forma oportuna los reportes requeridos por la gerencia.
- Manejo eficiente en costos sin alterar la calidad del servicio.
- Coordinación con Proveedores.
- Coordinar con operadores logísticos de transporte el envío de la carga.
- Dar solución rápida y oportuna a los clientes en casos de inconvenientes con los tiempos de despacho y condiciones de entrega.

Funciones esenciales:

- Asegurar la cadena logística de materias primas, producto terminado y maquinaria de la empresa.
- Solicitar trasportes para entrega de producto terminado a clientes nacionales e internacionales.
- Seguimiento de entregas desde origen hasta destino.
- Logística de importación de insumos internacionales, así como el trámite de permisos, y otros requisitos arancelarios y no arancelarios de importación.
- Verificar las cotizaciones de proveedores para asegurar el tener la mejor alternativa de costo, entrega, seguridad de surtido, con una calidad excepcional.
- Control de pagos y anticipos a agentes aduanales.
- Gestión y medición de proveedores logísticos de comercio exterior.
- Realizar las actividades administrativas de comercio exterior para clientes de exportación.
- Tramitar todos los requisitos (certificados, permisos, etc) indispensables para la exportación.
- Tramitar toda la documentación necesaria para envío de muestras internacional
