**Objective**

Responsible of Product ownership, Manufacturing Process Design, Program Launch, Key Milestones (EXCEL) follow-up and execution.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Team leadership and Development
- Project and resources Management (CAPEX Administration)
- Strategic Planning
- Continuous improvement
- Cross-Functional Collaboration

**Position Requirements**
- Education in Mechanical Engineer, Mechatronics Engineer, Industrial Engineer.
- Advanced English
- More than 5 years of experience in Engineering Areas.
- More than 3 years of experience in leading Manufacturing or Engineering Teams.
- CNC Machining Process experience required.
- Machining Parameters
- Fixture & Workholding Design.
- Process Capability Analysis: Cp, Cpk, and statistical control of machining processes.
- Process Development & Troubleshooting
- Cycle Time Analysis: Identifying bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.
- Root Cause Analysis: Troubleshooting issues like chatter, tool wear, and dimensional drift.
- CAD/CAM knowledge: SolidWorks, CATIA, NX for design and toolpath generation.
- FMEA for Machining: Identifying risks specific to cutting operations.
- SPC & Control Charts: Monitoring critical dimensions and process stability.
