**Description and Requirements**:
**Overall Description**:Lenovo is seeking a highly skilled and strategic Financial Digital Transformation Specialist to lead enterprise-level innovation across our global Order to Cash (O2C) function. This position plays a critical role in driving efficiency, automation, and operational excellence through digital transformation initiatives, while aligning with Lenovo's global financial objectives. As an expert in O2C transformation, you will work across business units, technology teams, and leadership functions to reimagine and modernize the end-to-end O2C ecosystem.

**Key roles and responsibilities**:

- Design and implement advanced automation solutions leveraging SAP, RPA, and AI.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Finance, Sales Operations, Global Supply Chain, and IT.
- Serve as a key advisor to senior finance leadership, providing insights and digital recommendations.
- Manage large-scale cross-functional projects with measurable business impact.
- Champion continuous process improvement and innovation.

** Skills**:

- 5+ years in finance transformation, with a strong track record in O2C strategy and execution.
- Bachelor's or Master's in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or Computer Science. MBA is a plus.
- Fluency in English is mandatory. Mandarin Chinese is a strong plus.
- PMP, SAP Certified Application Associate (FI/SD), ACCA, or similar (preferred).
- Strong SAP ERP (SD, FI, AR) knowledge, including configuration and reporting.
- AI exception-handling, process mining (e.g., Celonis), and RPA experience.
- Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.
- Familiarity with credit risk modeling and dispute workflow design.
- Experience building self-service financial tools.
- Strategic thinker with strong project and stakeholder management skills. Exceptional communicator with executive-level presentation capabilities. Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset. Able to work across time zones in global virtual teams.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a matrixed, global team environment.
- Availability to work in a hybrid model.
