**THE COMPANY**

Our client is a thriving organization that operates in the mega-region Tijuana-San Diego, primarily impacting industrial real estate, developing large compounds, expanding housing projects as well as private hospitals, commercial centers & sport fields. Over the next 4 yrs. the company intends to increase its stake yielding 13 million square ft with efficiency, enabling world-class industrial park developments, residential and urban projects.

**THE POSITION**

This role focuses on the coordination, control and execution of construction work in order to produce the maximum quantity of squared feet in the region, ensuring construction is on time, cost and quality. The professional we are looking has a strong background of project management, managerial skills, civil engineering for construction and infrastructure, experience subcontracting and a profound understanding of Quality Management; a resilient leader with emotional intelligence and due diligence that embraces the challenges in construction sharing the wisdom not imposing, teaching by example with a high internal need to succeed.

**Required skills & experience**:

- Project Management (construction)
- 10-15 yrs. of Civil engineering for construction, edification or infrastructure
- 5-10 yrs. in Managerial positions
- Subcontractor management experience
- Quality Management experience

**THE CANDIDATE**
- Plan the execution of objectives in construction
- Build squared feet for industrial real state
- Urbanization of residential divisions
- Interface coordination with the soil moving division
- Deliver Construction on time, budget & quality
- Quality Control planning & Quality assurance before executing construction
- Ensure availability of personnel & team management to construct
- Coordinate operational areas to increase installed capacity in order to produce efficient real estate industrial squared feet
- To implement defined strategies established by the leadership team
- To define contingency plans, identifying milestones and actions to beat them
- To recommend new tools & technologies to improve efficiency in constructive processes
- To seek fulfillment of subcontracts on time, cost and quality
