Important company requests Project Engineer

**Soft Skills**:
Bachelor´s degree in quality, industrial engineering, mechanical, automotive, electronics, mechatronics or similar related career

Outstanding English level/ second Language desirable

2, 3 Or more years of managerial leadership experience or in a similar position within the automotive industry

**Responsibilities**:

- Represent the customer within the organization by ensuring the quality of the products according to standards.
- Develop methods to inspect and measure product quality.
- Recommend change to improve product quality.
- Upfront identify problems and brainstorm solutions for them.
- Create a strategy to increase productivity.
- Documents results and finding from inspections. Even more Analysis of drawing´s characteristic´s to enhance quality product. RPS, GDT, FMEA´s, etc.
- Transfer the Drawing´s Characteristics to the Control Plan properly.
- Determines quality improvement parameters by identifying statistical methods relevant to the manufacturing process. SPC, CP & CPK, etc. It is important to keep the statistical process control.
- Develops experiments and sampling plans.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational training or workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing networking and maintaining the corresponding quality certifications.

Develop brainstorm regarding to product optimization and savings. PKO “Produkt-Kosten[1]Optimierung”.
- Ensure the knowledge of manual quality Customers and standards and keeping in target the scorings and KPI´s defined by the organization.
- conduct themselves at all times in accordance with the organization's policies

Software Tools
- Experience in similar activities, job and degree in engineering.
- Root cause analysis experience preferred.
- Basic Knowledge of measurement equipment (CMM preferred). Performance of gage R&R studies preferred.
- knowledge in regulations such as ISO, IATF, VDA, Core Tools, etc.
- Knowledge in elaborating Documentation of AMEF, APQP, PPAP, Control Plan, Statistics, DOE, etc. properly.

**Qualifications**:

- knowledge of the automotive industry, preferably in plastic injection molding, stamping or similar processes. - Analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills. - Teamwork and interpersonal skills. - Strong technical writing ability. - Demonstrated skill in solving highly technical problems. - Experience in quality assurance environment required. - Skill in working with engineering and software computer. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Capacity to work independently from general supervision (must be self-motivated once given direction/guidance).
