Resumen:
This position is based in
**Mexico City, Mexico,** and reports directly to the LoJack Operations Director. To help us continue our growth, we’re seeking an Operations Analyst, Business Operations. This is an exciting opportunity for those who wish to work for a stable, well-established company that builds transformational technologies within the revolutionary domain of IoT.

Your main tasks will include building and maintaining reports that directly track company key performance indicators. To succeed in this role, you should own and maintain all analytic data models and reports, create dashboards that provide actionable insights to key decision makers to improve operational efficiency.

- This role has a primary responsibility for supporting data collection, analysis, reporting and dissemination of information
- Responsible for data integrity and performance
- Develop boards in Power BI with connection to the different databases of the company.
- Maintain and support existing Dashboards according to user requirements.
- Develop and execute database queries and perform analysis.
- Create visualizations and reports for the requested projects.
- Ensure the use of accurate and safe methods for data extraction.
- Performing requirements analysis.
- Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of reports.
- Other activities related to Operations administration

Calificaciones:
**Qualifications and Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree, Truncated degree or intern in Business Administration or related field
- 2 years as an executive or analyst.
- Advanced technical skills.
- Excellent documentation skills.
- Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
- Proven experience in Power BI or Tableau
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
- Experience in analysing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills
