5+ years of legal experience - Juris Doctor and membership in one state bar or equivalent - Business fluent Spanish and English language skills (speaking and writing, including negotiating and agreement drafting)
- Experience of a mix of corporate law firm and in-house work
- Experience in transactional and technology licensing or equivalent
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills (in English and Spanish)
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure, outsourcing, telecommunications, cloud computing services or equivalent
