**Job Description Summary**: Responsible for driving technical accounting compliance, financial and operational internal controls, process simplification, and operational excellence to deliver accurate actual financial reporting and analysis. Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Responsible to ensure all statutory regulatory filings are completed timely, efficiently and in compliance with the country regulatory requirements. This includes branches, legal entities and statutory consolidations from outside the US, as well as the management of the statutory audit process where applicable.
- Responsible for managing direct tax compliance and the process including preparation and filing of country tax returns for all applicable legal entities and supporting audits.
- Utilizes in-depth knowledge of a discipline and analytical thinking to execute policy/strategy. Basic knowledge of related job disciplines.

**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related.
- Significant experience in managing statutory compliance and tax reporting and USGAAP/IFRS
- Proficient English speaker
- Proficiency in ERP systems, including Power Max, HFM, and Oracle.
