Supply Planner Supervisor

**Primary Location **: Mexico-Baja California Norte-Mexicali
**Description**:
Lead, monitor, and support a team in the Supply Chain.
Ensure the team is focused on continuous improvement of processes.
Promote alignment by understanding and communicating business partner and customer needs and requirements throughout the organization.
Develop and maintain distribution policies, logic, & reporting to ensure distribution of goods is done in the most cost effective method to ensure highest service levels are met.
Main contact between Operations and Supply Chain department management on sensitive or urgent projects, issues, or accounts to act as one voice between other departments management.
Subject matter expert for departmental processes & reporting tools and uses expert knowledge to solve complex function wide or internal/external issues.
Monitor, maintain and create measurements to ensure top performance of employees and department goals.
Management responsibilities include:
- Responsible for the day-to-day activities and outcomes of a group of employees.
**Qualifications**:
Bachelor Degrre Engineering, Administration
English 90%
4-5 years on similar role/function.
Excel advanced, As400
Experience communicating with internal and external business partners and cross-functional teams at various levels.
Ability to handle changing priorities and use good judgment in stressful situations.
Proactive, Analitycal, outspoken, responsible, leadership
