**R&D E-mobility - E-motor Requirements Engineer**

Alignment, review and management of requirements in the scope of electric motor systems in collaboration with the systems engineers and development teams.

**Educational Prerequisites**:

- Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronic or Industrial Engineering. Alternatively, a degree in physics or related natural science.
- Advanced English - TOEFL min. score of ITP 585 / iBT 84, CEFR level B2-C1 (or equivalent).

**Technical Prerequisites**:

- Experience in managing product requirements.
- Automotive knowledge or industrial background Knowledge in the automotive industry.
- Applicable engineering and physics knowledge.
- Understanding of the automotive powertrain.
- Basic understanding of electric drive concepts.
- Knowledge of the Product Development Process (A-SPICE, desirable).

**Responsibilities**:

- Interpretation, analysis and internal communication of customer requirements.
- Maintain Engineering change systems and follow-up implementation dates.
- Update PTC Integrity & ADVP&R databases, review and manage system’s KPIs.
- Constant communication with Design and Verification groups.
