Job Description

The interaction with the departments of Operations, Maintenance, Sales, Portfolio, Regulation, Costs, Quality plays an important role because it implies being able to determine the scope of the production processes based on the improvements and demands of the products, machinery capacity.
Responsibilities
- Development, configuration, and optimization of new processes/projects, from conception to commissioning and certification Assure the Non-Conforming Product in Process
- Develop Best Practices, routines and innovative solutions to improve production rates and production quality
- Develop of savings projects, designing, executing, testing, and updating systems and production processes
- Development of TDO's evaluating the scope and risks in processes.
- Provide operating instructions and documentation of processes and standards related to Quality and Food Safety and Security systems
- Execute activities for the development, implementation and monitoring for the improvement of processes
- Know the operation of the equipment and materials to establish SOCs and SPOs of the process.
- Compliance with OPEX requirements
Qualifications
- Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Word, Power Point)
- English Level B2 minimum
- SAP knowledge
- Lean Manufacturing
- Six-Sigma
- Basic statistics
- Minitab
- SolidWorks
- Flexography (FIRST)
- Strength of materials
