**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Collections Expertise**: Leverage your skills to establish meaningful relationships with customers, enhancing their experience.
- **Customer Care**: Provide exceptional customer service, demonstrating empathy, professionalism, and a solutions-focused approach.
- **Problem Solving**: Address customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and resolve concerns efficiently and effectively.
- **Maintaining Standards**: Achieve performance targets while maintaining the high service quality AT&T is known for.

**We are looking for**:
To succeed in this role, you will need:

- ** Advanced English**: To communicate effectively with U.S. customers.
- **Language Proficiency**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- **Collections Experience**: Proven experience in collections with strong communication abilities.
- **Empathy & Problem-Solving**: The ability to understand customers' concerns and resolve issues with care.
- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to stay organized and deliver results efficiently.
- **Availability**: Able to work Monday to Friday
- **Work Location**: 100% on-site position.

**Compensation**:

- Base salary of **$18,225 MXN** before taxes.
- Commission potential between **$8,000 and $24,000 MXN**.

**Work Schedule**:

- Service hours: Monday to Friday, from 7:00 am to 9:15 pm (schedule may adjust due to Daylight Saving Time & Holidays).
- Full-time position (40 hours per week).
- On-site work required.
