Construction Project Manager

We are looking for a highly experienced **Construction Project Manager** to oversee the development of an **industrial warehouse for the manufacturing industry**. The **Construction Project Manager** will be responsible for all project phases, from planning to completion.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Manage the construction process and coordinate with various subcontractors and suppliers involved in the project.**:

- Ensure budget control, project schedule, and compliance with specifications and quality standards throughout the construction process.
- Validate the feasibility of construction requirements based on the project scope.
- Work closely with the client and suppliers to ensure all parties are coordinated and supervised throughout the project.
- Oversee project progress and report to the client until completion.
- Participate in meetings with the client, suppliers, and contractors to reconcile, define, and establish the pending project scope.
- Supervise existing or newly generated project information, review, and report to the client any inconsistent, missing, or contradictory information.
- Complement, integrate, or detail, as needed, a **detailed project schedule**, including project milestones.
- Validate project specifications to ensure that all involved parties understand the client’s requirements.
- Direct and supervise the work of subcontractors and suppliers.
- Ensure that the project is completed **on time, within budget, and according to quality standards**.
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of the project, including **design, procurement, construction, and commissioning**.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks or issues that may arise during the project.
- Manage all **necessary permits and approvals**.
- Guarantee compliance with all **safety, health, and environmental regulations**.
- Oversee the **project closure process** and ensure the completion of all required documentation.

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum of 5 years of experience** as the primary responsible party for industrial projects.
- Experience in the **construction of industrial warehouses**.
- **Fluent English**.
- Extensive experience in **construction project management**.
- Proven track record of **successfully managing construction projects from start to finish**.
- Strong **leadership and management skills**.
- Strong **communication and interpersonal skills**.
- Strong **organizational and problem-solving skills**.
- Extensive knowledge of **construction processes, industry standards, and regulations**.
- Broad understanding of **budgeting and financial management**.
- Extensive experience in **project scheduling and resource management**.
- Extensive knowledge of **safety, health, and environmental regulations**.
- **Bachelor’s degree** in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related fields.
- **Professional certifications** such as PMP, LEED, etc., are desirable.
- Strong technology skills.
- Extensive experience using **Microsoft Project**.
- Extensive experience using **AutoCAD**.
- Broad understanding of **legal and contractual matters** related to construction projects.
- Strong **negotiation and supplier management skills**.
