Hawk Excavator and EDDY Pump, leaders in heavy industrial and dredging equipment, are seeking a **Manufacturing Buyer/Planner** for our Tijuana facility. This role is critical in managing procurement and planning activities between our U.S. and Mexico operations. The Buyer/Planner will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials while coordinating production schedules to ensure on-time delivery and efficient manufacturing operations.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Source, purchase, and negotiate with suppliers for industrial components (castings, fabrications, machined parts, hydraulics, electrical, etc.).
- Develop and maintain supplier relationships across Mexico, U.S., India, and China.
- Coordinate with production, engineering, and warehouse teams to ensure material availability.
- Create, maintain, and adjust production schedules in alignment with demand and inventory levels.
- Manage purchase orders, confirmations, and delivery follow-up.
- Monitor supplier performance and resolve quality or delivery issues.
- Support ERP/MRP system for planning, scheduling, and procurement functions.
- Work closely with cross-border teams in San Diego and Tijuana to align supply chain priorities.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a **manufacturing procurement or planning role**.
- Strong knowledge of industrial parts and manufacturing supply chains.
- Experience working with international suppliers (Mexico, U.S., Asia).
- ERP/MRP system experience required.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per month
