We are currently looking for a **Legal Support Expert** for **Howly** - a Ukrainian product in our ecosystem - who will: a) take on the most responsible mission: providing assistance with legal questions to our users via phone calls and online chat, and helping them solve their problems. We aim to revolutionize the field of online consultations and are actively working on the platform that will make this possible.

**Key Responsibilities in this Role**:

- Provide answers to clients' legal inquiries via phone calls and online chats - these are the main interaction channels;
- Consult clients by providing general legal information within the platform's policies;
- Research regulations, laws, and other relevant sources to formulate accurate and comprehensive answers;
- Assist in updating the knowledge base and the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) section;
- Adhere to internal guidelines and policies to ensure consistent and high-quality service;
- Work with chat platforms;
- Actively monitor new inquiries during a shift and effectively prioritize them according to their urgency and importance.

**What is Important to Us**:

- A diploma in Ukrainian or International Law (we also consider 4th+ year students of the relevant specialty);
- **Excellent knowledge of Legal English** (level **no lower than C1** - confident written and oral communication);
- Understanding of basic principles of international law (ability to navigate key concepts and systems);
- Work experience of 6+ months in a Ukrainian law firm will be an advantage;
- Readiness to work remotely and ensure the appropriate technical conditions.

**Minimum System Requirements for Comfortable Work**:

- Internet speed of at least 25 Mbps
- Download speed of at least 1 Mbps
- Upload speed of at least 6 Mbps
- At least 8 GB of RAM
- Intel Core i5 or AMD Ryzen 5 Quad Core
